We have a client who is using one of our programs.

They are NT4.0 printing to an HP jet direct to a epson FX-880 dot matrix printer.

the problem is that sporadically the printer refuses to eject the report causing the next report to begin printing at the bottom of the previous report.

We have tried everything we can think of to resolve the problem, any suggestions?
