Hi Ed,

The graphic just came up as blank spaces after the PASTE.

After you note I just went and retrieved the doc again and this time the graphics were all some basic "generic" graphic.

I surely agree that the technical papers are an excellent thing. Hopefully Evans suggestion will let me keeep copies locally without losing anything. Not that helpful if the only way to do so is to actually print them.

Cheers,

Jim N

>>Yea. . . now do you have any idea as to how to 'download' the article and KEEP the graphics???

>>The best that I could come up with (being Webically-challenged) was to select-all/copy, switch to an empty Word doc, and Paste (Paste special didn't give any better).

>That should work; the technical papers are one of the really nice things about the MSDN; this is a new article, and isn't in the July distribution, but it'll be included in the next release of the MSDN library automagically, and the updated library will be available for download by subscribers in advance of the release of the newly update library CDs/DVD from the subscriber web site. The other 15 FoxPro/VFP technical articles are already on the MSDN distribution from July, including source code, links and the like.
