Easy, In Form Designer, there are 2 System toolbars!
One of the toolbars the leftest icon is like two textbox with left small square there!

Click on that icon, you will see all the controls has a square number on it!
Click the controls in your desire sequence!!

Then, you will see the square number change as you want!

Note: Don't click twice at same control, else wrong order provide!!

Generally Speaking, the order of controls is following the time of creation!
if you give a new control there, the number will be the largest!!

Remember, if you finish re-ordering, click the icon again or click the form (not any control!)

To re-order objects inside container such as pageframes, you need to rightlick to edit mode on pageframe and click that icon again!!
