Do you have any ideas in using FoxPro to answering a Telephone call?

The Telephone call may be voice calls or fax calls, Do you have any ideas to distinguish on COMM?

When the call is voice-typed, the call answering machine will start to handle the call, and when users press "1" to "9", and play different .wav to their phoneset.


This is recently one of my boss ask me to program. I am absolutely running out of ideas. Please HELP ME!

P.S. May be recommending some software. I've heard Talkwork 2 will do, but they cannot catergorised, i.e. Press "1" for Credit card, Press "2" for Saving account and so on.
