What version of VFP is involved, and what service packs/updates have you applied? If this is VFP6, I'd strongly recommend updating to SP3 (you can download SP3 from msdn.microsoft.com/.vfoxpro/downloads) which includes an updated Setup Wizard. There are similar fixes for VFP5 there as well.

You may just need to delete some of the work tables created during the Setup Wizard process to clear this up, too. By making certain that you have the current Setup Wizard components for your version of VFP first, it makes troubleshooting the problem easier and more productive - nothing quite like trying 8 bazillion workarounds, only to find that simply using the latest version of the files fixes everything neatly.
