Separate

Yes

> Are your tables and DBC in a subdirectory of the app folder?

No

No

> Does this occur often or was it a one time problem? Have other users reported this problem?

First and only time. The app has been in production for about 9 months on 5 or 6 machines.

>Do you use an error logging function that creates a record in a log file whenever an error occurs? I use this method extensively during betas and actual production to assist in troubleshooting and future code modifications.

Yes, but not overly helpful since I know right off the error reported is bogus.
