Strange behavior of modal forms...

>After some more testing I figure out that the problem wasn't really what I explained here... The modal form number 2 closes down perfectly. The problem is the modalless form. No "repaint" is done in that window as long as the modal forms is open. If I drag the modal form number 1 around a bit over the modalless form it dosen't look pretty att all... Way isn't the modalless form repainted? In the form I have one class (container class) which take up the whole space. It's only happening when I call modal form from a valid event inside my class.

Hmmm...I don't use modal forms that way, to alter anything on a visible modeless form. It doesn't sound too surprising, though, that's not the use modals are cut out for...

But one idea you might try is to launch the modal from the Lostfocus instead of the Valid. Another is to reference the modeless and try refreshing it while in the modal...
