You can change the VFP 6 splash screen by passing it a -b parameter (set in shortcut properties):

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\Vfp98\Vfp6.exe -bC:\MyBitmap.bmp

If your talking about a splash screen to include in an app you're building in VFP, 6 does include a SplashScreen class. You'll find it in the Component Gallery (on the Tools menu) under Visual FoxPro Catalog/Foundation Classes/Dialogs. You can drag it from there into your project.
