After I quit being lazy and searched the web (or started being lazy and searched the web instead of working), I found:

Both of them interface with www.cddb.com and both are active-x. The first site has one that is free and also a control that searches lyrics on www.lyrics.ch. The second one is $20 and might be better documented.
