This is new to me - should it be cpdialog??
The user is not prompted for a code page, in fact they are not always opening a table. Its just that I get asked what 'codepage' is for too many times and there's always someone who tries the help button just to be told that they need to contact their vendor...
I would just like an interface without these two buttons. Maybe someone has already created a class or worked out how to use the APIs.
