Are you absolutely sure that the hardware guys aren't reinstalling Windows? What is being upgraded?

>Some of my customers are having their hardware upgraded. Now I'm getting calls from users complaining of errors when thet try to start my application. Somehow, when these computers are upgraded, the VFP runtime files are getting destroyed. The only thing I can do is delete them, then reinstall the application. What could cause this?
