Is inserting a SELECT MyTable before the APPEND BLANK resolve your problem?

I don't know very well formset, has I do not use them. If you want a maximum of efficiency from this site, you are better off creating a new thread if it's a new question and to address it to All. Many other members of this forum will see your post and could give you a hand.
