One more question. Are they using a ghosting or cloning utility or are they just copying your runtime files?

>They are installing new computers and transferring the data from the old computers. I can sucessfully rerun Setup, but when trying to run the program, I get errors saying 'Can not Load Resources'. I have to manually delete the runtime files, then run setup. It appears the runtime files are getting damaged and setup is not aware of this, so it doesn't try to overwrite them.
