Anybody in here using Personal Web Server?

I am trying to install it but I keep getting two error messages:
1- An unknown error occurred while making MTS specific changes to the system registry. Error Code = 0x80004005
2- Setup of "Transaction Server Core Components" failed. The specific error code is 0xfee670. Setup will continue but the component may not function properly.

Any suggestions or comments to fix this problem will be appreciated, thank you in advance.
