The control was just added to the form. I wasn't prompted for the display as icon. I just set the control source to the database field. I allow the user to select an image file from a file dialog and append the file to the general field. They can choose either jpg, gif, or bmp files.

It displays the pictures on some pcs, but others it just displays the icon and filename.
