Actually, you can. Go to Pinnacle's FoxPro Website, and access their index of articles from back issues. You can download any single artcile, along with any associated source or files, for $5/article.

Of course, what you may be saying is that it isn't worth $5 to read the article, a different issue entirely. Pinnacle makes it available for a price (you can also buy compilation CDs from them, or get an electronic edition subscription to Foxtalk, which includes the ability to access the previous 3 years content as well as on-line access to the magazine.)

It's copyrighted material. They're entitled to set the price for access, since they assume the cost of publishing the magazine and making the information available (little things like paying the authors and editors, handling the mailing, running the Web site, etc.)
