Do you wait to set the listbox's rowsource in it's init() method?

>Is there a timing issue when calling methods in VFP? I am creating a simple form to generate reports and I'm having a SQL select run in the 'Load' to generate an array that my listbox is populated with. However, the first time I run the form (when all the tables are closed) I get the ' not an array' error when the listbox tries to connect with the array. The next time I run it, it's fine. It seems that in the time it takes to select the data for the array, the 'Load' for the controls begin firing. Has anyone seen this before? I have seen this happen in other applications I have worked on as well. Any ideas on how to circumvent this? Thanks.
