I am having trouble getting margins on reports correct. The report I am working on right now is a portrait report that I would like to have 7.5" centered width wise and a 1/2" top and bottom margin. I have the PAGE SETUP set for the 1 column, 7.5" with a .5" left margin except that doesn't seem to center correctly (I have a line that runs the full width on the report.)

How do I get that correctly and where do I control the TOP/BOTTOM margins... right now it is within 1/16" of the top.
