I have a many to many relationship between two entities, Vaccine and Manufacturer. I do this by using a VaccineManufacturer table and two one to many relations. I use the VaccineManufacturer id in my other entities to show the Vaccine/Manufacturer pair instead of having both a Vaccine and a Manufacturer field.

I have business objects for both the Vaccine and the Manufacturer entities, but I am now wondering if I need to have one for VaccineManufacturer since I will need to requery the table after changing either the Vaccine or the Manufacturer in my entry screens.
