The CryptoAPI is a part of the Platform SDK; you can download it from msdn.microsoft.com; it's included on the MSDN Universal subscription. It does not include any VFP samples (and very few VB samples.)

If you're working with it from VFP, I'd investigate getting a third-party ActiveX control to use it.
