I have seen foxpro programs which use SQL select command

SELECT .... FROM somecursor INTO somecursor WHERE ... GROUP BY ...

there both cursor are names are SAME

Both cursors are real (not filtered) cursors.
VFP seems to replace source cursor with destionation cursor safely.

Is this construction safe to use?
