There's no create setup option. I haven't done this in a while also but for some reason I still have memory of some of the steps.

1. Use the create compact .EXE option. This way you won't have much to transfer to your client once you need to send updates.

2. Here's the part I don't remember too well. There are several .ESL or some such extenstion that you will need to send the first time. You'll have to check the docs to see which version is required for compact .EXEs.

3. Copy your .EXE, data, and the .ESL to a separate directory structure.

4. We used something like Wise to create setups for DOS. If you don't have your best option at this point is to .ZIP. Might take a bunch of diskettes at this point. But any future updates should fit on 1.
