I am developing a application which will run in multiuser environment and two users may enter/endit same record at the same time. Currently I am using Begin Trasection/End Transection to Update records But Whent a user select a database for editing Its become unavaibe for second user.

But working fine it second user just want to use the file as read only.

Looking for Help.
