>Does any one know how to print continuous tracker fed labels on a dot matrix printer in VFP 5? The printer is set up as generic text only. I keep getting form feeds, even when using @ say commands.

PMFJI: If these really are labels, why not just use a label form (LBX/LBT) ? If under Win95/etc. you may also need to change the printer icon properties to use 'custom page size' set to the label dimensions. You can use the specific printer icon for this, not limited to 'generic text only'. This is particularly useful if you still must use @-SAY... As someone else said already, you can also send specific printer-control codes using ???. If all else fails, there is a RAWPRINT.FLL in the files section that can just squirt out a pre-formatted file to your printer without having windows 'eat' your printer control codes...

We do multi-part forms for printing checks on dot matrix printer and send some simple printer control codes for setup plus the specific check form size as a custom page size, and it works just fine.
