There was a pretty good Win32 API help file on VFP3's CD (CD version only). It is a little too old now, but, for simple tasks, it is still a good source.
The good thing about that help is that explains the C types that appear in Win32 API docs, and if I remember it well, it also gives the actual values for the thousands of macro/constants used all over Win32 API. Just look on your CD for a .hlp file (something like Win32API.hlp or WinAPI32.hlp).

Besides that, MSDN is the best and most actual info source for Win32 API.
