I've experimented the same problem with 95/98 as well as NT. You are probably using some international version of Windows ( i'm using Hebrew Enabled versions of Windows ). For me the problem is even worst. Beside having some fields disapearing, i also have heavy distortions when previewing 'Right to Left' text in proportional fonts, but the printouts are ok.
So far, these are the workarounds i used:
- if the field always disapears when printing, open the report .FRX file manually ( use yourfile.frx ) and check the values for the FontFace (see if the FontFace really exists ),penred pengreen and penblue should be 0 and fillred,fillgreen and fillblue should be -1. For some reason, VFP does not always save the Foreground color of objects in the report.
- if some parts of the detail of your report does or does not print , in different parts every time you run the report, the only resort is to reinstall Windows and VFP in the machine ( i had a report with the same problem, that worked in 5 workstations in a network, and refused to work in a certain machine).

If you receive any help from M$ on this matter, i will greatly appreciate your input.
