When I export a table containing a DATE field to a XL5 file in VFP 5.0, the date fields are always interpreted as text, not dates. I have tried fiddling with the SET DATE command, I have setup the date format in the Windows control panel and have tried with different language versions of Windows and Excel, all to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestion?
