Potentially all of them; if copies as current or more current as the Setup Wizard versions of these files are present, the version in place before Setup Wizard ran will be used.

WHat ooiperating system are you installing under, anddo you have the latest Setup Wizard distribution (part of the VS SP3 upgrade includes an upgraded Setup Wizard component.)
