Very interesting stuff. I'll have to read it a few times to digest it all. One thing, I aim to get full optimization in the queries and views. To that end I add the correct tags. I also operate with SET DELETED ON, since if a record is deleted, I don't want it in my result sets. I suggest having SET DELETED ON for development of queries/views, but remove the tag in production. If you agree with this, add it to your article.
