Here is a little more info. I don't have problems on my NT server or WIN95 laptop in any screen resolution. My development PC is WIN95. The screen resolution is 1024X768. The form is a little smaller that 800X600. If I resize the form with teh mouse (even with this.DRAW() in the resize event) the scroll bars to not appear. But onoy on one PC, the other two are fine.
