Hi all,

Does anyone know how to build a connection string (as opposed to a DSN connection) to connect to a DB2 5.2 Universal Database?

I can get it to work using a DSN with the following settings in my database container:

Datasource = "LISDB"
UserId = "dimos"
Password = "dimos"
Database = "LISDB"

The DSN that this is using is a system DSN which was set up when I installed DB2.

What I need is the syntax for a connection string which can do the same thing without using the system DSN.

Any ideas?
