Angela,
Since this is the only form and you want the app to quit when the form is closed I would suggest the following:
1. Leave the CLEAR EVENTS in the form where you have it now.
2. Set the forms .ShowWindow property to 2 (As Top-Level-Form)
3. In your config.fpw put the line SCREEN=OFF
This will look cleaner than having the VFP screen behind your form and will give you the desired functionality. HTH
