I was under the same impression about CommTools and went to Silverware back in the Mid 90's and switched over to CommTools last year. Silverware never worked anywhere as smooth as CommTools does. As a matter of fact I would have saved weeks resolving modem issues if I had started with CommTools. An excellent product with good email support!
