I am currently using Crystal Reports 5.0 (from Seagate Software) and it seems to be working fairly well. The royalty-free reporting engine can be integrated into you app via an OCX control or an API DLL. It includes graphing capabilites, subreports, and all the basic reporting capabilities you would expect.
