I believe FoxISAPI.dll is a freethreaded C++ programm... it can accept multiple hits... it contains a pool manager.. which manages a pool of VFP COM Objects.. you can set in the INI file how many instances it will create. As was said, Ricks WEb Site... www.west-wind.com has an entire article on FoxISAPI... as a matter of fact, Rick Has made some enhancements to the foxisapi.dll that he distributes.
