Win2K is meant to replace both Win 9x and NT. So, technically there's no more of either. There's a Server edition, Professional edition, workstation, etc. I'm working strictly off recollection here of the betas I've seen. At any rate, Win2K will have components capable of doing what the various versions of 9x/NT do now.

Some of the confusion that might have caused by the release of NT 5.0 betas awhile ago. There will be no NT 5.0, AFAIK.
