MS. In the P.S. there is a contest to win a 1999 Harley Davidson Road King Classic if I visit the Microsoft training site. Sorry, the contest is only open to U.S. residents 18 years or older.

>>Has anyone else seen all the VB 6.0 advertising? I received in the mail yesterday a 2 full page letter that starts like this:
>>
>>"Are you currently programming with a language such as C, C++, or COBOL? Are you developing Web-based, data-centric, or GUI-intensive applications? Now, there is a better, faster way to get the job done!
>>
>>Today, more than 3 million programmers worldwide rely on Microsoft Visual Basic development system to create software solutions for both business and home. And 95 percent of developers use Visual Basic to build solutions that access data. In fact, Visual Basic is one of the most popular front-end tools among Oracle users."
>>
>>It goes on to ask "What can you do with Visual Basic?" where the first bullet point is "Perform your most common database activities easily using visual tools--without even leaving the Visual Basic environment. Design and test SQL queries visually, view and modify database design--including tables, keys, and relations--and edit and debug Microsoft SQL Server(tm) stored procedures."
>>
>>Then it says "Improve your resume--and career."
>>"Visual Basic programmers are in high demand these days. So learning Visual Basic 6.0 can put you on the fast track to the job you really want."
>>
>>The second page is training opps.
>>
>>I think this another situation where you could replace VB with VFP.
