Yep. It
s nothing more than a form with a web browser control. Of course, he added quite some code to the control. For example, there are hooks that let you capture any navigation request or post-process a downloaded HTML page. He parses that and this way for example can use specific tags or execute VFP code.

Of course, you need an internet connection to watch CNN during programming (that's expensive outside the US. *s*) and you can't use the screen for data output anymore.
