>We want to remove any foundation and middle layer class code and leave only application specific code. I know we can manually remove all the class code from any of our classes. We'd also like to remove prg's. But can you still compile?

Compiling to an .APP or .EXE without the debug information will remove the source code from .PRGs; once your classes/forms/whatever are compiled, you can strip the source, but make sure it's backed up somewhere, and never, ever tell it to recompile all afterwards.
