Hello all,

Does anyone have any knowledge/experience regarding scanning systems which have the capacity to scan answer forms. By answer forms, I mean a form where someone gets to mark of circles with a pencil which relate to answers of an exam. This would be scanned to populate a VFP database to generate results, reports, statistics, etc.

My guess is that most scanners will do, its a question of aquiring software which will:
a) allow us to create the forms containing all possible answers
b) recognize the forms upon scanning and dump the answers in a text delimited file or directly in the database.

Any feedback on this, especially referal to specific products would be very much appreciated.

Thank you all,
