Hi John,

For basic accounting and invoicing, QuickBooks here. I never liked their time tracking feature, though, because it didn't flow through to invoices the way I wanted it to. So I use a shareware program called TraxTime; it's a great little program, has several options for how time can be kept, and has been well supported by the author over the years.
