We open form on our NT-4.0 server and there is no problem.
On another NT-4.0 server we get the following error:

"cannot continue with this function.
error in oppening data files has occured.
Error(20050:Error loading file - record number 25. Efrmitem < or one of its
members >. Loading form or the data enviroment: index does not match the table. Delete
the index file and re-create the index."

Has anyone else encountered this before?
How did you fix it?
