File acccess is denied Error 1705

What I am doing wrong to get this error? This is with the Microsoft sample "Video Collection" as a database included in my project data environment. I added 1 form to the project using the wizard. It runs fine in Foxpro but when I create an exe I get the above error. I have gotten the same error on another project today when I created an exe. In fact that is why I tried to do this, to see if it would work. Any ideas will really be appreciated! ( I get the same error whether it is a private data session or the default data session.)
