I recall that you are using Codemine? If so, Codemine pageframes instantiate a container class that you specify on each page. This is to allow for quick instantiation of pageframes at runtime. If I am correct in my assumption, you would be advised to put your controls in a container and specify the container on the page of the pageframe. The manual is very clear on how to do this.
