I have these tapes and they are reasonably good covering most areas of VFP. They principally deal in the database features of VFP so if you are looking for solutions to bringing 2.6 free tables over intact, they will only be helpful in showing you the ropes of how to navigate the VFP screens. However, they are pretty thorough and are indexed nicely for future reference on specific areas. The index sections are displayed on the screen so that you can fast forward to them. Anything else I can help you with on this feel free to ask.

Good luck,

Bill (P.S. If you would like to buy mine used, I could offer you a deal, I did not even write in the reference books). I'm basically done with them.
