I work for a company and we are the biggest resellers of SBT accounting software. SBT is Y2K compliance and is one of the best VFP products on the market and it has won a Billy Gates award, yes I wish that they were most visual but, when you are supporting old clients lengacy code has a way of hanging around like a bad relative. So it's something that you will want to look into.
