Why would someone use a set century off command

Hi Joseph.

My reason for displaying all 4 digits of the year is so that the user knows absolutely for sure that the date they entered was correctly interpreted by the computer. If only two 2 digits are displayed, they will not be sure. But I know we differ on this (from a previous thread).
