As for your other reply, use the MS ODBC for Oracle [it is more recent than the ODBC Driver for Oracle].
Looks like you used the Oracle EZ wizard to create this. Change AMCS.WORLD to something meaningful to you [like AMCS]. I never use their wizard because it makes dumb assumptions. Make sure the IP address, port and SID are correct. Then, AMCS would be the name of the server to use in the ODBC configuration of this DSN.
