Sorry it has taken me so long to respond. I have been away for a couple of weeks. I just flew back from the States this morning and I am a little jet-lagged. So I didn't take the time to test your code or go into minute detail looking at it. SInce you sent this quite a while ago, I wanted to get back to you with at least some of the feedback you asked for.

Off the top of my head, it seems like an awful lot of code. Is all of it really necessary? I also notice that you prompt the user to save changes every time a change is made and they move off the current row. Don't you think that this a bit excessive?

I'll look at the code in more detail later on this weekend and get back to you afterward if you like.
