Help!

I have an app with a form that is called by many places, providing a pick from->to facility. I pass it the name of the table to use for the picklist and selected rows are marked as deleted. The form has developed the following problem:

Sometimes, when going into the form from one place, not the first time, and especially if running under Win3.1 vs Win95, the form fails to load with the error:

"1881 Error loading file: Rowsource - record 7 - syntax error"

The interesting and frustrating part is that the form works 90% of the time with no change in syntax, either in the form or in the calling method.
